This project is sitting at the core area of Guangzhou & Foshan city. The Central Park works as a green lung, which is inspired by the Central Park of New York. It introduces green space(a scarce resource nowadays) in the city center, creating an iconic high-end urban living community. In terms of the landscape planning, it makes 200 meters-long green corridor between buildings. Residents are able to enjoy the boundless super-large landscape view. The façade renovation design emphasis on shape, details and color, in order to be in line with the concept of urban city. Poly·Longmen Plaza has been a landmark building in the central of Qiandeng river area.
该项目以景观结合植被景观和传统岭南风情为设计元素，尊重保留广州历史印迹，打造朴素包容的流花专属气息，实现低碳、节能、环保，传统与现代的有机结合，体现岭南建筑“无界”的创新。
经过外立面改造的设计工作，黄埔萝岗万达的外部材质、灯光效果和色调视觉等都有了质的飞越，外形与“广州科学城中心”的头衔尤其吻合，成为商业综合体改造的典范之作。
此项目强调立面竖向感与对称的韵律感，细部装饰采用欧式元素结合现代材料及工艺，构图采用中心对称的方式，整体建筑外观挺拨高耸、高贵经久耐看。
此项目以国际医院为核心建设华南都市智能康养社区，以无可复制的自然资源加配套的专属医院，提供精准的生活配套和个性化的人文服务，实现优先的医疗保障和终身健康管理服务。
